How It Works
Please note the following
- If you pay for your logo upfront, you will immediately own exclusive rights to the design and no one else can purchase it
- You do not have to pay for your logos up front. You can decide to pay for your logo after your receive samples from us and see a sample you would like to purchase
- Logos are sold on a first come first served basis. Say two customers order the same design and request to see samples first, whoever pays for the design first gets to own it. We inform the other customer that the design is no longer available for sale and invite them to purchase another design.
- We provide logo samples typically within 24 hours of receiving an order. There may be some delays in this processing
- We deliver purchased logos within 24 hours via download link. US orders also get a CD shipped out with the logo files to the address used when processing the payment
Logo ordering process
- From the site menu, click on Logos

- Browse through the selection of logos. You can use the Tag Cloud or search feature to help you find the specific logo type you are looking for


- Once you have selected a logo, click on the logo image or the text that reads “Click here to order this logo”

- You will be directed to our shopping cart. Click the More button to configure your logo. You can select a logo package, as well as specify changes you would like made to the design. You will also have the option to add the information you would like to appear in the logo stationery files if you decide to purchase such a package.

- At the bottom of the logo view page, there is a Products Option section where you can select the logo package you would like.

- Enter in your product options. This information could be the Main Text to appear in the design, optional slogan, any font changes, color changes and extra notes. The extra notes could be the address information to be included in the stationery files of the logo order (stationery requires a silver or higher logo package)
** Note - please do not use apostrophe’s ( ‘ ) in the fields below. It will generate an error. This bug is currently being addressed **

- Click the Add to Basket button and ensure that the Quantity of 1 is entered in the box

- The logo order will then be added to your shopping basket. Click the View Basket button to begin check out and complete your logo order.

- If you are a repeat customer, you will have the option to login and complete your order using your stored contact information

- If you are a new customer or do not want to login you can proceed with your check out by selecting CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT under the section that reads I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT

- Enter in your contact information. If you do not wish to create and account you can select the check box that allows this option

- Enter in the security code. This is to prevent spam bot submissions.

- Agree to the terms and conditions and click the submit button. You can opt to receive emails from us at this point

- You will then be able to review your order. Do note that there is no shipping charge.

- For checkout you have two options. If you would like to immediately pay for the design, select the Secure Credit Card / Paypal option. You will be directed to Paypal where you can complete your secure payment.
If you would like to Pay later after your see your designs, select this option and click the MAKE PAYMENT button. We will receive the order and send out samples for your review and selection, and when you are ready to purchase the design, we will send you a secure payment link.
You will receive and order number for orders that you place. Use this number to track the progress of your logo design. The order information will also be sent to you by email.
